Ring Around A Rosy

I was inspired by children song RING A ROUND A ROSY when I looked at the picture of my daughter making posy. We visited this wonderful museum called Strawberry Banke in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and they had many children activities celebrating Fourth of July. One of them was making posy. Even though the history of Ring Around A Rosy was based on horrible event, which was the plague that spread across England in 1600’s, the song surely brighten the scrapbook I created.

“Ring around a rosy

A pocket full of posies

Ashes, ashes

We all fall down!”

Note: the red butterflies were made of  the Wrigley’s gum box, because I love its red color.
