The stars were still out when we departed on the Thanksgiving morning. For three years in a row, it seems becoming my family’s tradition to wake up really early, pack up and off to the train station, to see Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in New York City. Since last year we were in the right spot to get the best view, we’d love to be in that same spot again this year. Oh, how wonderful! We got the VIP spot, exactly in the front where we could see everybody and everything. My kids saw their favorite celebrities in the floats and I got to take some pictures that were interesting, awesome or somewhat unique (make that amusing). These are the pictures of the ladies in the parade. Without them, a parade would be without its fanfare. They sure had the ability to pretty up a balmy Thanksgiving morning.
